The student canteen in Bonn Poppelsdorf aspires to produce daily fresh meals for students using high quality ingredients. To meet this challenge the kitchen team trusts in MKN's professional cooking technology. After all, 7000 meals have to be produced every day. The complete kitchen refurbishment was a gigantic project, however, due to the excellent planning work by the German consultants, vtechnik, it has been a full success.
