The hospital kitchen headed by Bruno Ancora produces around 3 000 meals for the Rennaz medical centre and its two clinics in Blonay every day. He and his team cook for staff and patients with different individual needs and requirements. Particularly challenging is that patient menus have to be strictly adapted to specific diets and medical conditions. This means that specified recipes and especially hygiene have utmost priority. It is therefore no surprise that the kitchen team particularly appreciates how simple the FlexiChef® and FlexiCombi® are to operate as well as their automatic cleaning system. Head chef Ancora even lovingly refers to the FlexiCombi® as his "little gem".
