The kitchen staff at Stepping Hill Hospital produce up to 2 500 meals each day. So, extremely high demands were made on the modernisation of the central production kitchen. This lead to the installation of two state-of-the-art cooking islands consisting of the MKN FlexiChef, FlexiCombi combi steamers as well as cooking kettles. Having this modern equipment in the new kitchen enables the kitchen personnel to work efficiently and achieve excellent cooking results.
