Wolfenbüttel / Paris, March 2025 - When the world's best butcher teams compete at the World Butchers' Challenge (WBC), precision, craftsmanship and team spirit are the focus. The WBC, also known as the 'Olympics of Meat', will take place in Paris this year from 30 to 31 March 2025 and will bring together 18 teams from over 15 nations. The competition will focus on perfect craftsmanship, creativity and teamwork.
